A Media and Entertainment professional, who’s also a business strategist with over 12 years of experience in events, films and media management. Kiren formed and set-up Molecule Communications Pvt. Ltd. Before that she has worked for a Publications company, has been involved with event management and also worked in a major Film Production company. Her strengths are business development and people management, which allows her impeccable project supervision and execution. She spearheads the functioning and growth of Molecule group.

Anuraadha Tewari  : Creative Director 
Anuraadha is a Mumbai based Writer – Director, working prolifically for the last 14 years in the Entertainment Industry. With a Masters Degree and a Gold Medal in Film Direction from the prestigious Film School of Jamia, Millia Islamia, New Delhi, Anuraadha began her career as a Chief Assistant to Mahesh Bhatt and worked with him on 3 Films . . . followed by a long stint as an independent Writer Director for Anupam Kher’s Media based Company and was acknowledged as the youngest Director in India at the time by the mainstream Press for having directed some path breaking shows and events for TV. Thereafter, she has worked as the Supervising Producer of Channel V, the CEO of a Cinema based portal by the Walchand Group, the Creative Business Strategist for Astral Star Asia as well Vogue Entertainment, ending her corporate stint with the role of the National Creative Director, Crest Communications. Getting back to pure creatives in 2002 . . . she worked As a Story – Screenplay Writer on Prakash Jha’s ‘Rahul’, ‘Yaadein’ by Subhash Ghai and ‘Supari’ by Padam Kumar . . . starting in 2004, she has written 12 successful Television Shows ending with ‘Seven’ a 26 part super hero series for Yashraj Films aired on Sony, followed by the story and screenplay of the award winning ‘Fashion’ and ‘Jail’, both by Madhur Bhandarkar  and about to be released Heroine she is now occupied with several scripts including those for Madhur Bhandarkar, Karan Johar, Tips Industries , Farooq Rattonsey as well as Saif Ali Khan Productions.

Liz Gallagher is a producer and former founding partner of The Shot Entertainment and DGS Talent Management. Liz began her career in comedy at NBC’s Saturday Night Live (1993-1997) and later under the guidance of Edie Baskin and Norman Ng, Liz went on to become one of the Art Coordinators for the book, Saturday Night Live – The First Twenty Years.(1996) Liz also had the opportunity to work with Ken Treusch and acclaimed Director Gavin O’Connor, Winner of the Sundance Filmmaker’s Trophy for “Tumbleweeds” which received critical acclaim, a Golden Globe for lead actress Janet McTeer and an Academy Award Nomination.Liz is currently creating, producing and developing projects for film, television and the internet. With several projects on the horizon, her passion still remains with her roots; developing new talent and ideas.
